I recently came across a couple paintings by SF based artist Matthew Palladino on Chris Kahle’s blog. I dig his simple, lo-fI style.
In the deck leading up to his recent interview on Fecal Face, his work is described as being “familiar yet horribly unique and fresh”. I would agree; and as noted by Chris, Palladino’s work contains similar characteristics to that of Claire Rojas and Ezra Jack Keats.
Have a look!
